Completed today's workout per plan, both cardio and resistance components. I do lament my PWW of 234.6 as somewhat discouraging but I must say, I am looking and feeling much, much better! How about this ... I'll champion a new fitness crazz ..... NO REDUCTION IN WEIGHT BUT INSTEAD.......
TRANSFORMATION!!! Weight stays about the same but you get more fit cardio-vascularly and your BMI swings to better numbers. Your dense muscle-mass grows, your strength returns to former levels, your aches and pains diminish and your mental health soars to new heights!! This is what seems to be happening ....... SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!
Thoughts anybody?????
Yes....I have thoughts! Billy will not agree, but I happen to agree with this. However, you need to increase your reps and lowers your weight to make this happen. It really is not a bad idea if you work hard while resistance training. Ya folla?

ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a week ago you were telling us that that you were losing weight incrementally by citing these minimal changes, to which I called bunk. I think we can see the reality now. Now it looks like you've given up.
Your BMI is about 34. That weight puts a LOT of stress on your joints, heart and general health. And, it WILL shorten your life, guaranteed. There is no reason you should be 3" taller than me and nearly 100 lbs heavier. If I had your BMI, I would weigh 215. Imagine me at 215?
By any measure, you'd have to lose at least 25 lbs to descend from the obesity range you are now in - to near normal. There is no reason you can't do it! I told how to do it and you refused, you couldn't even for a week.
Something is better than nothing. I predicted that you'd feel the need to 'reward yourself' for your 'hard work' with food and drink. Counterproductive.
Congrats on your efforts. Keep it up. You'll get there.
Thanks always for the 'truth' but God does it hurt!!!!!!
