Back to my normal M-W-S workout ...... 15 min cardio on elliptical followed by upper body resistance .... 3x15.  Whole workout lasts about an hour ..... maybe a little less (50-55).  Weighed out at 236.4 but I missed Sat so I've been off three days in a row and we did go out to dinner at friends on Sun night..... too much scotch and other stuff.

Experienced a tiny spell of vertigo this morning just prior to getting out of bed .... have no idea where that came from.  Spoke to the Cleveland Clinic PA and learned some new stuff.  Will be seeing my 'family physician' on Wed to begin the 'condition-specific' evaluation process so I'll know better where we stand and where we'll be going from here.  Stay tuned.

  1. how many times can one keep saying 'too much... too much' before it is dealt with as a problem, a disorder, or even an addiction?

  2. I think you should post what you learn regarding your recently learned condition as it applies to training, or the method of training that may or may not impact you. Sounds like you starting to 'slack' a bit? Maybe I'm wrong.
