Good cardio! 30 minute elliptical with 82 starting rate, 137 average rate and 157 max rate. Sweating like a 'mothaa'. PWW was an 232.8, another LOW PWW!!
BTW Dr. Billy, in spite of your negativity, I would assert that when I weigh myself at the same time of day and under the exact same conditions respecting intake, exercise, and elimination, and I reflect a lower body weight one day to the next that, over time, the PWW is a true indicator of permanent WEIGHT LOSS!!!! So stick that in you pipe and smoke it!
Oh, BTW, just got a call from my Doctor's office with the news that the ultra sound revealed "NO aortic aneurism" .... Good News!!! More reason now to 'kick ass at the gym'!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bravo!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not being negative, I'm being logical and honest.
For a person your size... a day to day weight variation of less than 5 lbs is TRULY negligible - unless the trend continues for more than a few weeks. I know what I'm talking about, despite what you may think.
Try it... one day of binge eating and drinking... you will be back to where you started. I've varied 7 or more lbs in 24 hrs - (weight taken at the same time 24 hrs later). 5% of body weight is a good initial incremental goal that would show true progress.
