Today's workout came and went uneventfully.  15 minute 'cardio' with begining pulse of 82, ave=128, high=143.  Resistance went per plan and AWW = 234.2 (another all time low).

Went to the doctor and had to slap him down a peg or two.  Going for a ultra sound and fasting bloods in the AM.  He spent most of his time criticizing the arthropod for making a diagnosis out of his 'elk' and me for saying my back pain came from my SI joint.  In any case, I'm going to see a PT per this doctor's script with a diagnosis of "lower back pain" and when I get there, I will insist upon a proper SI evaluation to determine that my pain derives from the left SI joint as I suspect.  If so, then we'll go from there.  Insofar as 'dos and don't s' , my esteemed physician said "keep doing what ever your doing now" (in the gym).  Jeesse, what a grouch!!

    I went from 146 to 139 in 24 hrs after an eating binge, and I'm considerably smaller. Anything less than 10lbs weight difference is negligible and is likely the result of water or waste you happen to retain.

    BTW ... get rid of the verification on the blog.. not necessary, not like this is a high spam or traffic area. It makes it a pain to comment.
