This is Saturday's report.... Did a 15 minute elliptical warm up and then a full 'upper body' resistance workout.  I've experienced some pain and soreness in my right shoulder and think doing 'military's' on the machine needs to be altered.  Not sure if  I'll keep doing them, except with lighter weight or simply cease doing that particular exercise for a time.  The pain seems to emminate from the medial and/or posterior deltoid and the anterior seems to be OK.  Bench press seems unaffected.   I did a ' 'smith rack' work out Sat..... warmed up with 135 (15reps) then did a descending routine ((225x3, 205x5, 185x10, 145x15, 135x15 hesitations)).  NO PAIN.

PWW=232.8.....While this is the same as it was after Thurday's workout, one must remember I was off on Friday and did some extra eating and drinking Friday evening..... so I feel OK about the weight.  It seems to be slowly responding and I can say this..... I DO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE VISUALLY.
