"Monday, Monday ...... and so on ...

Completed my normal M-W-S workout.  Max bpm was a bit high (152) but all went according to plan.  Only difference in the 'resistance' portion, I used dumbbells to do my chest (40-45-50-50-45-40 x 15reps each).   Did not do 'militarys'.  Right shoulder still hurts.  My PWW was 232.4 still going in the right direction little by little but as I've said, I'm beginning to look a little more like my 'studly self'.  I'd like to be under 220 by Christmas.  Mom said I have more energy but need to watch my intake more.... she's right on both accounts. 

Left SI joint is still painful at times and I begin my PT on Wednesday.  Hope we can accurately evaluate the origin of the pain and treat it effectively.  I would almost bet that when I was carrying the snow blower down the stairs from the deck with Kris after the flood and he jerked it out of my grip and the full weight went down, that's when I did the SI damage......broke your nose huh ...... Got paid back for hurting 'ole pa'.

  3. I beg your pardon .... It was my 'SI' joint (lower left back) not my shoulder and further more, I have perfect recall how it happened you little twirp. You momentary lost your grip on the snow blower near the bottom of the stairs at the back stairway from the deck to the ground and the full weight of the snow blower went to me, in an already bent over position, just beginning to descend the stairs so watch your ass when inferring that Pa is "making things up"...... ya falla?
